Mandarin Oriental Singapore Luxury 5-Star Hotel


On my last trip to Singapore, I have combined a stay at the two most famous hotels: Marina Bay Sands, followed by a stay at Mandarin Oriental Singapore Hotel.

This luxury high-end 5-star hotel opened in 2008 and features 527 rooms spread around 20 floors.
It’s located facing the famous Singapore Bay, in front of Marina Bay Sands. Their rooms go from $248USD for the basic rooms, up to $3900USD for the Marina Bay Suite, prices average per night.

Shaped like it’s iconic fan, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, just few minutes away from the central business district and with a choice of fabulous restaurants and fantastic rooms, are the ultimate urban retreat.

    Using a soft, neutral colour palette, our one-bedroom Premier Suites are furnished in a subtle Oriental style, although all are designed slightly differently. Master bedrooms enjoy a luxurious, comfortable feel with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and selection of furnishings including beautifully designed side tables. Lying adjacent to the bedroom, spacious living rooms offer space in which to relax with sofas, coffee tables and an intimate dining area. Two suites also have private balconies and small kitchens.

    This exclusive one-bedroom suite enjoys a lavish, yet comfortable feel akin to a private residential apartment. Decorated in shades of cream and brown with vibrant splashes of colour in the form of silk cushions and bright flowers, the suite has plush carpet and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Overlooking the glittering city skyline, the elegant master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony.     Combining contemporary style with delicate Oriental touches, this spacious suite is the finest in the hotel. From the plush white carpet to the fine silk furnishings and oversized bathtubs, every little detail is an emblem of elegance. Both of the suite’s spacious bedrooms offer king beds and wonderful views of the city, while the master bedroom also has its own private balcony. Two bathrooms offer space to relax with walk-in showers and stand-alone baths. With elegant touches such as Asian figurines and artwork, the suite’s décor highlights both our Oriental heritage and the hotel’s location.
